These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sunkissedsoul.com and related forms, pages, features, and services operated by Sunkissed Soul LLC (“Sunkissed Soul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Sunkissed Soul

Sunkissed Soul is a brand built around helping women create lives they genuinely love. The website may provide hair care education, product recommendations, sample opportunities, customer care, and ways to receive email or text communications.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Our hair quiz is for adults 18 and older.

3. Forms and Information You Provide

When you submit a form, request samples, join a list, or contact us, you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide. Submitting a form does not, by itself, enroll you in text messages. Text-message consent is requested separately and is always optional.

4. Email Communications

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. We may still send non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to respond to your request or provide customer service.

Program and Sender

Sunkissed Soul LLC sends automated marketing text messages from 855-588-7685. They include quiz follow-ups, order updates, hair tips, pending order reminders, new products and offers.

Consent

Texts from 855-588-7685 go only to people who tick the texting box on our website. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, requesting a sample, or submitting a website form. You must be 18 or older. Texts go only to US mobile numbers.

When We Text

When you tick the box, you get one text right away asking you to reply YES. After that, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm in your time zone, never on Sundays. If you text us to stop or for help, you get an automatic reply right away.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Stopping Texts

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. You can also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, or tell us by email or phone; a request by email or phone takes effect within 10 business days. After STOP you get one text to confirm, and then no more. To get texts again, tick the box on our website again. Texting UNSTOP lifts the phone network’s block, but we won’t text you until you tick the box again.

Privacy

6. Samples, Products, and Availability

Samples, promotions, and other offers are subject to availability and may be limited, changed, declined, or discontinued at our discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a sample or product will be provided.

Sunkissed Soul may discuss, recommend, link to, or provide products and services offered by third parties. Sunkissed Soul sells hair care. When we recommend a product, it is one we use and sell ourselves. Sunkissed Soul does not manufacture third-party products, which remain subject to their manufacturers’ information, instructions, warranties, terms, return policies, and privacy practices.

7. Educational Information and Results

Website content and communications are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Product experiences and results vary from person to person. You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and instructions and for deciding whether a product or recommendation is appropriate for you.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, brand marks, downloads, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Sunkissed Soul LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
